Breast pump through insurance
Most private health plans must cover a breast pump. Check which pump your plan covers and have it shipped before your due date.
A birth plan is a one-page list of your preferences for labor, pain relief, birth, a possible C-section, and newborn care. Keep it short, review it with your OB or midwife around 32–36 weeks, and bring copies for the nurses.
Fill it in on screen and print with Ctrl+P / ⌘P, or print it blank and write by hand.
