About BlushMom

BlushMom is an independent directory of practical maternity ward questions: private vs. shared postpartum rooms, partner overnight beds, doula and visitor rules, labor tubs, and nitrous oxide. We list 401 major U.S. birthing hospitals and have reviewed 23 of them so far.

What "Reviewed" and "Not Confirmed" Mean

Reviewed hospitals show details taken from the hospital's own website, with a link so you can check it yourself. Not confirmed hospitals show only basic details (address, phone, health system) plus the questions to ask. We never fill in a policy we haven't confirmed.
