It’s back to reality now (not such a bad thing) after that extraordinary weekend in Whistler with the Every Woman in the World conference. Founder Kerri Carlson and I talked about the endless possibilities and benefits that such a gathering—one based on physical activity and the willingness to try new sports, exercises, and movements—could have not just for women in general but moms in particular. Among the new sporting events I can think of for moms are vacuuming with one hand while carrying a baby in the other or screwing lids onto overflowing sippy cups with a squirming, impatient, thirsty toddler in your arms.
